This is reflected in its three Thematic Pavilions. So with the Pavilions Premiere, get ready to see the flagship attractions and experiences that make up these Thematic Pavilions that are developed around a central plaza, namely, Al Wasl.

Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion:

This thematic pavilion stands out for its extraordinarily immersive experiences and cutting-edge innovations. It allows you to navigate through the gems of the natural world and this covers everything from the oceans to the jungles.

Alif – The Mobility Pavilion:

With its unique super-futuristic theme, it’s where you get to travel through time and space and of course explore the ultra-modern human growths. So as you drop into this thematic pavilion, get ready to experience a coming-of-age city served by artificial intelligence, high-end robotics, and autonomous vehicles, among others.

Mission Possible – The Opportunity Pavilion:

Visit here and the rest is sure that you’ll return home as a changed optimistic person. This further gives you the unique chance to be part of its activities that allow for the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals.

What To See Inside Terra –The Sustainability Pavilion?

It’s the first thematic pavilion that has been open for public access, but it’s available for your preview only for a limited period. Just take a look at the below points if you’re curious to know about the interesting things or key attractions here.

See the Massive solar Canopy: Discover the new realms of sustainability as you step inside the pavilion. There is a huge solar canopy atop the pavilion, helped by more than 1000 photovoltaic panels that are set on the roof canopy (whose overall width is 130 meters). Another highlight is its Energy Trees, about 20 of them, which follow the sun for its functioning.

Cool Sustainable Features: The UK-based Grimshaw Architects has designed this pavilion is such a way that it abides by all criteria for the LEED Platinum certification which is one of the most coveted accreditations for sustainable green building architecture. So it goes without saying that it has been developed to be net-zero in terms of water and energy consumption. It’s thanks to its most advanced water reduction and water recycling strategies with its greywater recycling system.

Explore the Ocean Trails & Make your Way through Forest Roots: Yes, you’ll not only get to take in the depths of the underwater world but also stroll through an Arabian Wadi and finally a forest. A walk into the forest lets you explore a distinct root network, interestingly known as the Wood Wide Web. Along with this, enjoy a glimpse of how trees converse with each other and further attack, help or support whenever a need arises. The clever implementation of top-notch digital technology enriches the whole experience.

Experience the Threats Faced by the Natural World: There is also an exclusive segment where you get to know the threats caused to the natural world, especially by humans. A walk along this eye-opening segment would surely urge you to take steps that minimize or eliminate the carbon footprint, thus contributing your part for a sustainable future.

Other Interesting Sections: Occupying overall 6300 square meters, the Terra Pavilion has several intriguing sections and attractions dedicated to unbelievable futuristic innovations, ranging from Gnasher with its noticeable U-like design to the Laboratory of Future Values.
