How to Apply for Poland Visa

Your Poland visa from Dubai can be easily rejected if there’s the smallest error in your application form, or issue with your documentation. Documents Required For Poland Visa

  • Download the Polish Visa application form, and fill it correctly. Please understand that your application must be error-free or it could get rejected. If you’re able to, fill the application form online and then print it out.
  • Attach 2 passport format photos, with a whole-face capture against a light background.
  • Enclose your passport and copies of any previous visas that are valid for at least 3 months post-return date. Make sure that you have at least 2 blank pages in your passport for stamping.
  • Enclose travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros. The coverage should be valid within Poland and the entire Schengen area.
  • Enclose a cover letter that states your purpose for visiting Poland and provides a detailed itinerary of your visit.
  • Provide flight air tickets or reservation confirmation with flight numbers, and dates for entry and exit from Poland
  • Provide hotel reservation confirmation for the duration of your stay in Poland.
  • If you’re traveling with family, then provide proof of kinship (marriage certificate, children’s birth certificates, death certificate of spouse and so on)
  • Declare your financial viability in terms of bank statements, to show that you are sufficiently enabled to provide for your stay in Poland.

If employed:

  • Provide a copy of your employment contract
  • Bank statements for at least 6 months
  • A no-objection letter from your employer
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) certificate or declaration of Tax Deducted at Source

If self-employed:

  • Provide a copy of your business license
  • Bank statements pertaining to your business for the last 6 months
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) certificate

If you’re a student:

  • Provide proof of studentship – university enrolment certificate or valid student ID card
  • Letter of approval of your vacation from your school

If you’re a retired employee:

  • Provide your pension statement of the latest 6 months, if applicable
  • Or proof of income generated regularly via investments or property for the last 6 months

Note: apart from the documents listed above, you might be asked to produce additional documents by the Polish embassy, if required, as follows:



If you’ve been invited to visit Poland:

  • Provide the invitation letter with name, address or phone number of your Polish sponsor along with copies of your passport
  • If you’re visiting for business:
  • Business invites from the Polish company, with detailed address plus dates with a detailed schedule. The letter should also mention who’ll be covering your expenses while in Poland – your employer or the Polish business.
  • Employer’s certificate permitting your travel and stating the purpose of your travel
  • If your company has had trade relations with the Polish company previously, then provide proof of such events or interactions.
  • Your company’s bank statement for the last six months.
  • Original certified copy of Memorandum and Article of Association, Trade Licence (both original and renewal) and Proprietorship or Partnership documents pertaining to your business.

Poland Visa Fees

The Poland visa fees are generally varying between AED 145 to AED 300. The child visa fee from age 6 years to 12 years is less. Any child under 6 years is free. Also, any family member of the EU /EEA national goes free.
