- The Al Wasl Plaza
With the theme of Connecting Minds, Creating Future for Dubai Expo 2020, the Al Wasl Plaza stands for Connection and hence is the center of attraction for the Expo. Important crucial events such as the opening ceremony and the closing ceremony of the Expo will be conducted here. The design of the dome is inspired by the logo of the Dubai Expo 2020. This 65-meter high dome will have a diameter of 150 meters and will hold 10,000 people at a time. This crowd-attracting plaza will have a 360-degree projection screen on the dome which will enable people to view from inside and outside. This plaza will be filled with parks, waterfalls, fountains, and courtyards lined with palm trees.
- Museum of the Future
The Museum of Future which is under construction for Dubai Expo, 2020 will be located next to Emirates tower and will focus on future technological innovations. This project is expected to cost more than $200 million in projects. This museum complex will host immersive theatre and exhibitions. This museum is being built on over 5 years of immersive exhibitions that were built for the World Government Summit held every year in Dubai. You will be able to explore a range of challenges and technologies from climate change to medical breakthroughs.

The Jewel of the Creek project is located between Baniyas Road, Al Maktoum Bridge and the Floating Bridge and costs around $816 million, covering 123,955 square meters of land. This futuristic project boasts of 2 luxurious hotels, a recreation center, a convention center, a huge waterfront, and 19-story apartment buildings. There will also be restaurants and retail shops for the ultimate luxury experience.
- Aladin City
The Dubai municipality is coming up with a tourism-oriented project Aladin city. As the name says it all, this city will be inspired by the story of Aladin and will have magic lamp shaped buildings that will be interconnected. This project will be located close to the iconic Burj Khalifa and is estimated to be a global historical pride for generations to come. This three-tower project is estimated to have offices and hotels with a parking space of over 900 cars.
- Deira Islands
The picturesque Deira islands is a 15.3 sq. km waterfront city which will pave way for hundreds of services apartments, hotels, and marinas. This attraction includes night market styled on Arabic souk, an amphitheater for 30,000 people, a large shopping mall, and a marina to accommodate large yachts. The estimated cost of this project is $150 million and this will be one of the foremost tourist destinations.
- Bluewaters Island

will be the Bluewaters Island. Looking like a scene straight from an Ironman movie, the beautiful island with the world’s largest Ferris wheel is estimated to attract three million visitors per year. The giant Ferris wheel known as Ain Dubai or Dubai Eye is a tall structure standing at a height of 210 meters with a diameter of 250 meters. The Dubai Eye can carry up to 1400 passengers in its 48 capsules. This island includes entertainment, residential, hospitality, and retail zones.- Dubai Frame
An iconic structure, the Dubai Frame was designed not as a building but to frame the beauty of Dubai’s past, present, and future architectural designs in the world’s largest frame. This 150.24 meters high and 95.53-meter wide frame’s honeycomb design complements the Dubai Expo 2020’s symbol. This frame is created in such a way that from one side you can see Dubai’s modern iconic landmarks whereas from the other side you view older parts of Dubai.

- Dubai Theme Parks
One of the most awaited projects at the forthcoming Dubai Expo 2020 is the Dubai theme parks. This humungous project comprises not only one but combines three theme parks including Bollywood parks, Motiongate Dubai and Legoland Dubai. The Bollywood Park will have a 60,000sq ft. the stage that will hold Bollywood-themed performances. Legoland is intended to amusing children between 2 to 12 years of age.
