Countries that Need to Obtain Oman Visa

Citizens of the following countries need to obtain an Oman visa for single or multiple entries which is valid for 28 days.

Citizens of the Gulf Corporation Countries (GCC) are exempt from obtaining an Oman visa.  These countries are the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Moreover, the nationals of New Zealand can apply for a visa (free of charge) which allows for a three-month stay in the country.

Multiple-entry Oman e-visa: It allows multiple entries with a maximum of 30 days stay for each entry. It is valid for one year. However, it has to be first used within 6 months after its approval.

GCC e-visa: It needs to be applied by residents of GCC (foreign nationals with GCC resident permit). You can stay for up to 28 days.

Conditional visa: This applies to certain countries. The citizens of these countries need to possess a valid residence permit or visa issued by the Schengen area, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Japan.
