Designed by the architect Hazel Wong, this unique edifice is actually a twin tower consisting of two equilateral triangular buildings, such as a 355-meter high office tower and a 309-meter high hotel tower, which in turn are linked by a central podium, namely, The Boulevard. While its Office Building with 54 floors is the Middle East’s tallest building, the Hotel Tower comprising 56 floors is the third-largest hotel building in the world.
