  3. There are size and weight limits to experience the Glass Slide. The minimum height is 130 cm, and the highest is 210 cm. Weight must be in the range of 50 and 100 kg.
  4. Guests between the ages of 12 and 65 are welcome to take the Edge Walk, but anyone younger than 18 must have parental permission. There are also size and height limits for this activity. The bare minimum is 120 centimeters in height and 30 kilograms in weight.
  5. Weight and height limits: 200 cm and 150 kg, respectively

  • At the box office, it is recommended that you pre-order your tickets. Tickets can be purchased offline, but it is best to get them in advance to prevent waiting in line and disappointed if they sell out.
  • Make sure that you let Sky Views personnel about any disabilities you may have, be it physical, mental, or medical.
  • Make sure your clothes are loose and comfy yet still a good fit. Do not wear anything that could potentially scratch the glass, such as a skirt, dress, or high heels with metal embellishments.
  • Do not bring valuables or sharp objects with you on the glass slide or edge walk, including cell phones. Be sure you strictly adhere to the guidelines provided for both activities.

Reservations are a must in advance. Please be aware that the availability of said experience is not guaranteed. If you are planning on redeeming your gift card online, they will need a valid phone number so that they can contact you about the time and day you specify. A ticket will only be good for the date and time you choose. Your confirmation is not valid without a valid passport or Emirates ID. Please plan to come 20-30 minutes early for your appointment. The Edge Walk Experience may be postponed or canceled without warning in severe weather.

Code of Dress:

Wear something that encompasses your shoulders and knees while still comfortable, like pants and closed-toed shoes. No shorts, dresses, sandals, or other flimsy shoes allowed.

Age/Medical Data:

Bookings of any kind are considered final. There is no way to get a refund, change dates, or cancel. Your Sky Views Dubai ticket has a time limit. We request the guests to arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. It is required that guests must be between the ages of 12 and 65. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign for you. Guests must meet the weight requirement of 50–100 kg and the height requirement of 130–210 cm.
