For applicants whose UAE residence or UAE visa is cancelled

• Copy of the applicant’s cancelled UAE residence or employment visa

• Attach the residence visa, Emirates ID and passport copies of the applicant’s guarantor (however only if applicable)

• The applicant’s passport should have at least six months validity.
• The guarantor’s documents including passport and residence visa copies should have at least three months validity.
• If you’ve a guarantor in the UAE, then it’s vital to submit the guarantor’s previous month bank statement, along with a security cheque of AED 5500 per person in the name of Rayna Tourism LLC. This amount is refundable but only after the applicant’s exit from the country.

3. Is it possible for me to change or extend my Dubai visa if I overstay in Dubai?

You’re allowed to stay in the UAE only for the duration of your UAE visa which is 30 days to 60 days, although you’ll be given a grace period of 10 days. Apparently, any overstay beyond this period can cause you to pay a hefty fine. This would be AED 200 (on the first day) and AED 100 (per day) on the subsequent days of your overstay. When it comes to residence visa, the grace period is usually 30 days and after that you’ll be imposed a fine of AED 125 on first day and AED 25 / day on subsequent days.
