This fort got declared a museum in 1971.

Al Fahidi Fort and Dubai Museum are closed for renovations. The reopening date has not been declared at the time of publishing this post. Presently, if you are visiting this fort on a Dubai trip, you can enjoy the view of the fort from outside.
